Information and purpose

We collect your name, email address and the message you send. You may also provide your country and travel period. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible itinerary. Please avoid sending sensitive information in this initial form.

Legal basis and choice

The basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Name, email and message are needed so that we can respond; the other fields are optional. The acknowledgement beside the form confirms that you have read this notice; it is not consent to marketing.

Who may access it and for how long

Authorized staff and providers used to host the site and handle email may process the data for these purposes. We keep the correspondence for the time needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and thereafter only as needed for applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. The form does not store your message in a website database.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object where the law provides. Contact us at the address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). No decision about your request is made solely by automated processing.
